Half day Coordination Package - Perfect for couples who want a calm and organised start to their wedding day, with support through to the ceremony.
I'll take over communication with your suppliers, manage the morning preparations, oversee guest arrivals, and ensure everything is in place for your ceremony. From keeping the timeline on track to handling any last minute surprises, I'll be there so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

First Dance Finish

Full Day Coordination Package - For couples who want complete peace of mind throughout their wedding day.
From the final preparations in the morning through to your first dance, I'll be behind the scenes making sure every detail runs smoothly. I'll coordinate suppliers, manage the timeline, support your guests, and solve any issues before they ever reach you.

• Everything in the Until "I do" package
• Full supplier management on the day
• Timeline and logistics coordination
• Guest assistance throughout the day
• Coordination of key moments and transitions
• On site support through to cake cutting and first dance
Last Guest Leave
From £1,500
Extended Day Coordination - The ultimate hands on experience for couples who want to fully immerse themselves in their wedding day.
From the moment the day begins until the celebrations draw to a close, I'll oversee every detail behind the scenes. I'll be the main point of contact for suppliers, coordinate the flow of the day, manage any unexpected challenges, and ensure everything is packed away and left exactly as planned.
Includes:
• Everything in the First Dance Finish package
• Extended evening coverage
• Coordination through to the end of the celebration
• Supplier departures and final checks
• Assistance with pack down and personal items
• A seamless finish to an unforgettable day

Every wedding is unique, and while the packages above suit most celebrations, I understand that sometimes you need something a little different.
